While I will accept NSFW commissions, I have the right to refuse any commission that makes me uncomfortable.

You may reupload my art to the other sites with proper credit to me. This does not include posting the art to Discord, unless someone expressly asks who the artist is.

No tracing my art, claiming it as your own, or heavily referencing it or my designs.

My art cannot be used for any commercial purposes unless arranged beforehand.

Payment will be after you have seen the initial sketch, and work on the actual commission will not begin until I have received the payment.

1. If I am unable to complete the commission as paid for, I will give you a full refund.​

2. If you happen to sell the character before my commission is received or for whatever reason no longer wish for the commission after you've paid me, no matter how much work I have put into the commission so far, you will not receive a refund. Please, let's not waste each other's time!

These Terms of Service are subject to update at any time as I take on more commissions and learn the ropes.
